📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process all financial transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Manage cash flow and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, and other financial transactions as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Maintain a clean and organized cage area, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest financial procedures and customer service standards.
• Report any irregularities or discrepancies in financial transactions to the supervisor immediately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Proven ability to handle cash and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and financial software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
