📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain cutting machines, including CNC routers, laser cutters, and water jet machines, to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to quality standards and production schedules.
- Assist in setting up and adjusting machines for different materials and projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure machine longevity.
- Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to achieve production goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cutting Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with CNC routers, laser cutters, and water jet machines.
- Strong understanding of material science and properties.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites if required.
