📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Use industry-standard cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Ensure all rooms are ready for new guests upon check-in, adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and organize linens, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with special events and maintenance projects as needed.
• Follow and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve daily and weekly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping software and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
