📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the coordination of architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 for project management and documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
