📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to local farms and supplier networks to assess and source high-quality essential oils.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring competitive and favorable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of premium essential oils.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality, providing feedback and support to improve production standards.
• Collect and document supplier information, including certifications and quality assurance records.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of essential oils to our production facilities.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand our supplier network and stay updated on market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the essential oils industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related field, preferably in the essential oils industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian agriculture and essential oils market.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Aceh and surrounding regions.
• Enthusiasm for the essential oils industry and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
