Admin Sales (Internship)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the dispatch of pharmaceutical products to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with courier partners to schedule and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders and deliveries using our in-house system.
• Assist in the preparation of dispatch documents and labels.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order status and delivery.
• Support the sales team by providing them with accurate and up-to-date information on order status.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of our dispatch processes.
• Learn and understand the specific requirements and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry.
