📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of the company's human resources strategy and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using human resources information systems (HRIS).
