PT Duta Terang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Outlet Manager to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Plan and execute promotional events and activities to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
