📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products meet health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and goals.
• Ensure that the restaurant complies with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
