CV Indah Kencana is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
