Nest Space Ekspansindo is looking for a passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This is an urgent opening, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
