📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent the Shop Max Indonesia brand in a professional and engaging manner.,Develop and implement brand ambassador programs to increase customer engagement and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of brand ambassadors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in trade shows, events, and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand ambassador or similar roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of successful brand promotion and customer engagement.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail industry and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
