Klinik Oka Medical Center is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support in financial analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and reconciling accounts.,Provide support in financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.,Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, sub-ledger, and trial balance.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Provide support in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of year-end closing procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
