📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
