📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.,Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and spend analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
