📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.,Support the procurement manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
