OMEGA Sejahtera is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
