📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle incoming calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Use Zendesk CRM to manage and track customer interactions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
• Proven ability to handle high volumes of calls with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zendesk.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
