📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
