📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans.,Support the marketing team in creating and managing marketing campaigns.,Conduct market research and analyze market trends to inform marketing decisions.,Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts.,Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.,Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions.,Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and write in English is a plus.
