📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market and business environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
