Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation,Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and meets quality standards,Provide technical support to customers and employees through documentation,Identify opportunities to improve our documentation and implement changes,Work with designers and developers to ensure consistency in documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Understanding of our industry and products/services is a plus,Fluency in English is required
