We are looking for an experienced Site Canteen Supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our canteen sites in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and a passion for creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the canteen including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained in the canteen.,Oversee the quality and presentation of food items to meet customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability of the canteen.,Train and develop canteen staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the canteen area.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing canteen operations successfully.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
