We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our plastics injection molding processes, particularly in the medical devices sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a passion for maintaining high standards in manufacturing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize the plastics injection molding process to ensure high-quality output.,Develop and implement quality control measures and standards in compliance with ISO 13485.,Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.,Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.,Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines for medical devices.,Collaborate with design and development teams to improve product quality and manufacturability.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and quality.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in plastics injection molding and QMS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in plastics injection molding.,Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485) is a plus.,Experience with medical device manufacturing is highly desirable.,Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality control principles.,Proficient in using manufacturing software and quality management tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
