📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build trust and understanding between the company and local communities.,Coordinate with local government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders to address community concerns and issues.,Monitor and report on community feedback and engagement activities to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and other engagement activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to community relations and environmental sustainability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local media and influencers to promote positive community engagement initiatives.,Develop and manage community development projects that align with the company's sustainability goals.,Provide leadership and guidance to the community relations team to ensure effective and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in community relations, community development, or a similar role in the mining or resource industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to community relations and environmental sustainability.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing and leading a team.,Strong project management and organizational skills.
