📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
