Crystal Bit Jaya is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates to management.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and business goals are met.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Analyze client data and provide insights to improve business performance.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.,Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid SIM and KTP.
