📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and write job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, face-to-face interviews, and assessments.,Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process for successful hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
