📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions in gastronomy, culinary arts, and hotel management.
• Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and best practices in hospitality and culinary arts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop their academic and professional skills.
• Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our curriculum remains relevant and aligned with market needs.
• Participate in faculty meetings and academic committees to contribute to the strategic direction of the program.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and career development.
• Stay updated with advancements in culinary technology and hospitality management tools, incorporating relevant innovations into teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• Professional certification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field (e.g., Certified Hospitality Manager, Certified Executive Chef).
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, SAP, and Oracle Hospitality Management.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor students.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and industry partners.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
