📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency of warehouse processes.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
