Seed Port Corporindo is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team in Salatiga. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations in our port.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our machinery, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior mechanics, as well as managing the maintenance schedule and inventory.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Train and mentor junior mechanics.
  • Manage the maintenance schedule and inventory.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and advice to other departments.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • Experience in a port or similar environment is a plus.
