📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
  • Inspect and identify issues with building systems and equipment.
  • Repair and replace faulty components.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of building systems and equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
  • Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
