📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's restaurants and bars, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Manage and train a team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of F&B sales and expenses.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Promote the hotel's F&B offerings through marketing and promotional activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a 4* hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international culinary trends.
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
