CV Fajar Wibawa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is crucial for maintaining the company's reputation and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with the operations team and other departments to ensure that our vehicles are always in good condition and ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always in good condition and ready for use.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.
  • Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to drivers and other fleet staff as needed.
  • Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
