Salon Cahya Bakso is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe working condition and meet all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or potential problems.,Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best possible deals on vehicle purchases and maintenance services.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet management software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
