In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Assist in training new employees and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Generate and maintain reports on store performance and sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a store or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
