Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic partnerships.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business relationships.,Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.,Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.,Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
