📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the outlet.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
