Puskesmas Elsa Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about healthcare and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the store manager in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting in the development of our healthcare products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the store manager in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.,Support in organizing and coordinating store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Help in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthcare products.,Assist in managing supplier relationships and coordinating product deliveries and returns.,Help in resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of healthcare products and services is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
